Once we have all the details, we can offer an exact price.

Shipping typically takes 3 days for domestic orders and 7 days for international orders.

Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of our custom designs, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. The design process involves creating a 3D design that you approve, selecting the perfect stone, and then designing the ring. We will provide pictures and videos of the design before we ship it. This process typically takes around 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Yes, we create a 3D design that you can review and approve before proceeding with the purchase. We collect a deposit for the 3D design, and the price of the design goes towards the final price of the ring.
 
Yes, we offer resizing options for up to a year after purchase. The first resize is free of charge. However, if the resize requires an increase of more than 1.5 ring sizes, we might need to design a new ring from scratch.
